 Each packet is made with care, and the actual weight is about 16 grams per piece. One packet contain 20 pieces, vacuumed pack for simple and storage convenience.

The flavor of Shiitake Mushrooms, known as the UMAMI of the fungus world, has a rich and unique umami flavor. 

We use 1:1 Japanese fresh mushrooms and air-dried Shiitake Mushroom ratio, hoping to maintain the unique flavor of fresh mushrooms and also doubled the nutritional value of the mushrooms. Each and every bite is full of mushroom 🍄 Flavour!
